Business Review Canada's Weekend Wine Pick

G. Marquis Vineyards Pinot Noir The Silver Line, V.Q.A., Niagara Peninsula, Ontario
Satin smooth with cherry aromas. Lovely and medium-bodied. Slips down dangerously easy. This is an amazing price for pinot noir of this quality. Pinot noir is thought to have a lot of the anti-oxidant resveratrol because it’s often grown in cool climates where it has to develop its own resistance to mold and mildew. Pair with: grilled tuna steak, planked salmon and long summer evenings.
Price: $19.95
Drink: 2011-2015
LCBO No: 258673
Score: 90/100
